Luciana Betesh

Luciana Betesh (Buenos Aires, 1973), is an artist, photographer, teacher and publisher of graphic works.

Graduated at the Universidad del Cine (1994); she had schollarships granted by the Fondo Nacional de las Artes and the Fulbright Commission and has done a master in Photography at the New York University (1997-1999). She received a scholarship by Fundación Antorchas to take part of the Residence for visual artists at Banff Centre for the Arts, in Canada (1999). She was a photography curator at the Espacio Ecléctico in Buenos Aires and a and cofounder of Y Ediciones, thematic books of Argentine photo.

Her work is present in private collections and in that of the Museum of Modern Art of Buenos Aires. She has participated in several exhibitions on cinema, video and photography in Argentina and abroad. She lives and works in Buenos Aires.
